The Chef gives centre stage to Mediterranean dishes which are just as inventive as they are refined, with roast cod steak with thyme, rolled lamb with caramelised vegetables, roast fillet of sea bream with stuffed artichokes, etc. Savour these delights from the a la carte or set menu in the peace and quiet of the panoramic terrace and enjoy the view over the sea, the vineyards and the typical village of Ramatuelle. Lunch can be enjoyed near the pool, where it is served in the high season from mid-June to mid-September. At the waterside or in the hills, for our hotel-restaurant in Ramatuelle, the pleasure of the palate is inseparable from the pleasure of the eyes.
