There is no shortage of opportunities for excursions when you stay in Ramatuelle thanks to the proximity of St-Tropez, the Bay of Pampelonne and the Domaine de l’Escalet. Firstly, Saint-Tropez with its port, its old town and its citadel, where tradition and modernism, fashionable boutiques and craft shops vie for your attention. The meeting place for the international jet set, this old fishing village also boasts a lively night-life with many bars and nightclubs. Once a year, the regatta Les Voiles de Saint-Tropez offers the opportunity to admire traditional boats. The neighbouring Bay of Pampelonne, which is part of the village of Ramatuelle, offers a 4-km stretch of sand lined with vineyards and pine forests, to create a little piece of paradise. The Domaine de l'Escalet is a protected natural area offering more than one kilometre of wild coastline inhabited by olive trees, flowers and pine trees. It is possible to enjoy sailing, kayaking, paddleboarding and even tennis there, and also take advantage of the crystal clear waters which are perfect for diving and exploring the seabed.
